Shipping & returns

Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, with delivery typically in 2–5 working days depending on your city. You'll get tracking details where available.

Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you when we confirm your order.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. A few items — such as opened fragrance or personal-care products — can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to return

1. Contact us at salam@chachog.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. We'll confirm the return and share the address.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll arrange your refund or exchange.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
