Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it and arrange payment with you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is listed in error — and will refund any amount already paid.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and may change. Payment is arranged directly with you by card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer. Your order is dispatched once payment is received or agreed.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. See Shipping & returns for details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
